Bent Paddle Brewing Company sparked a revitalization of Duluth’s Lincoln Park when they opened their brewery in 2013. When they outgrew their original taproom, they reaffirmed their commitment to the neighborhood by selecting an old furniture warehouse to be re-imagined as their new home. Local artisans and craftspeople collaborated on several aspects of the furnishings, making this a true community inspired gathering place.

Duluth’s industrial history is the inspiration for details throughout the taproom. Heavy Timber and weathered steel define the space. The bar is the focal point and organizes the taproom into distinct areas; quiet space for conversation, a beer hall for catching up with friends old and new, a game area for adults and children alike, a fireplace gathering area and a special events room. The new taproom also includes a 7bbl brewing system.

Three expansive openings were added inviting daylight into the space, providing views to its distribution brewery and connecting the taproom with an expansive deck – a perfect place to enjoy a pint when the weather cooperates. Whatever the weather, Bent Paddle’s indelible relationship with the great outdoors is infused throughout the taproom.
