Hillside Addition & Renovation

480 sf addition (plus garage underneath) to a 1950's "classic modern" brick home with hip roof. Completed in 2005. Addition provided an open living space with dramatic views of the harbor, passive solar gain, a wood stove, and a deck. Extensive renovation included installation of a whole-house ventilation system, air sealing, foundation insulation, and new triple-pane windows.
