This new residence is a 19th century famhouse, designed with 20th century technology on a 40 acre site in Bayfield, WI. The home has 2400 sq. ft. of finished living space, however the interior living envrionment extends into various exterior spaces. The extremely energy efficient passive solar design includes solar thermal hot water and solar photo voltaic systems.
